HA! you think when they get older, it gets better? there is a sweet spot somewhere between 7 and 12 where it's great but then they get older and they are around more often again, are more aware of what you and wife are doing, and stay up later at night. my older two are 13 and 16 and we are always tryign to find some quiet time alone and trying not to wake them with a a squeaking bed.
