When it comes to studying and interpreting non-verbal body language cues, it is said that feet are the most honest part of the body and the most accurate thing to observe, because they are one of the least consciously controlled parts of the body.
When people try to control their body language, they mainly focus on hand gestures and facial expressions, but is the feet that rarely lie.
Interesting stuff, not only for observing people in general, but specifically for picking up on non verbal cues being broadcast by women in particular.
It's also good to be aware of what your own body language may be unconsciously projecting to the ladies.

The shoe signals read is very interesting. Of course it says that scenarios could be non sexual on some, but it's still good to know that there's a possibility it means more.

Feet is also the part of the body that a girl can't fake. She can get a boob job, she can get a nose job if she has a big nose (like me), but if she's not born with pretty feet theres nothing she can do.

If you can learn to interpret nonverbal communication and clues, you will be ahead of many people who take face value from words and facial expressions alone.

Yes, women can easily disguise ugly feet in sexy shoes, until they're barefoot...

Well, if she wasn't born with pretty feet, she could try her best to take care of them and that would somewhat make them better looking. For example she could get many pedicures and keep lotioning her feet all the time.

Yes, and that would probably make her attractive enough to find a mate, especially if she had an aesthetic hip to waist ratio, which is probably the most significant correlation of health and fertility.
It's also highly likely that men selecting women with healthy feet must be genetically beneficial since the trait exists in such numbers.
Most men don't necessarily have foot fetishes per se, but being repulsed by malformed feet is nearly universal.
