At work today one of my employees told me she wished she could work without her shoes on and that got me thinking. There should be a restaurant kind of like Hooters, but called Tootsies instead, lol. The waitresses would be in revealing footwear like flip-flops and sexy stripper heels. The tables and seats could be down in the floor so you can be at eye level with their feet. For birthdays you could lick whipped creme off them lol!

Why not just a foot strip club? The girls could keep their clothes on, except of course for their shoes. They could do a striptease act slowly taking off their shoes, socks or stockings. They could spin around on a pole while scrunching their toes at us. We could put one dollar bills between their toes.
What's also good is you gotta interview alot of possible employees which can be a bonus

I have also had this idea for years. The name "Toes and Hose". Chose the bare ot hose section before being seated.

FootNight-style events seem to be the most functional way to achieve this. People are already doing them.
People here could pool together and do events on our their own time, themed exactly how you've described it. A lot of us already know girls, a lot of us already have customers they could invite.
A daily restaurant doesn't seem cost-effective yet.
