So I just found out about model mayhem And there is a few girls on there I know personally and wanna get them for a shoot whats a good price to pay them tho I was thinking $80 or maybe $100 bucks.

Put up a casting call there, then you can pick and choose as well as set your rate. You will be in complete control. If you randomly pick a model you like and get her to model, then expect to be billed accordingly.

Norcal is right about paying accordingly for what you are shooting. Robotron is partially right, but its good ad writing and targeting the right prospects that will get you girls to shoot. Robotron is totally right about location. Do not be green and overpay, which will diminish your ROI (Return on Investment).
If you shoot simple content, such as what All You Can Feet and Soles of Silks do, you can pay lower hourly or fixed rates. Also, be aware of your location. A model in Oregon will be ok with $25/hr or $50 for a single shoot; a model in Connecticut will expect more. Conversely, if you are going to shoot adult content, expect to pay accordingly. Not everyone has it like Fred [fka Tyler D], and can get girls to shoot adult content for rock bottom rates.
You are the boss, and do not have to compromise the amount unless you want to do so. But be careful, some girls may try to get over on you with their looks, ask for more money, and then deliver subpar results. Use a Pickup Artist mentality and disqualify those who you feel will not be good for the shoot. This will take much practice, but you will get better over time.
Since you are on MM, see if you can find out what some models local to you charge for rates. You can check their profile pages, or you can check travel notices or casting calls.

Yes but Mayhem isn't so foot fetish friendly. But of course location has a lot to do with it.
How come there not foot fetish friendly???? If your like Norcal feet and have girls model there feet at a park or other public place I don't see what the big deal would be but then again people out there still think having a foot fetish is a weird thing.

Haha, or they may get over on you without looks as well. Just ask your buddy whose name you mentioned earlier about that.

They aren't foot fetish friendly because after my generation of professional artists looking to go it legitly on Model Mayhem, a whole string of noobie guys with cameras started popping up with profiles with "other" intentions in mind and it was freaking out a lot of models and pissing off the moderators and site admins so they stopped approving "foot fetish" profiles. Ultimately that site is NOT a dating, bondage, fetish, creep site...it's a site for professionals to meet other professionals and make art.

Never thought about that very true that's why I don't mind paying a model a good price to model her feet and of course do it in a public place so she would be worry free.
