Hmm. Prefer large feet... However the smallest I've had are size 5.

They actually fit much better in my rather large hand.. And I can knead/ massage them easier!

I do prefer larger feet, but I've got no problems messing around with a pair of tiny feet, and have done so with a pair of 1.5s at a foot party once. So long as they look nice to me, meaning nice toenails and good proportion, I'm good to go.
