Im active on that site and i would like somehow to tell people about my fetish but dont want to just mention it while chating so i dont get people uncomfortable.
Is there some code for foot fetishers like 420 for marijuana friendly? Or how to mention it in coversation and that doesnt sound creepy?

The reveal of the fetish is only as bad as you make it. So is the interaction with it. Make a woman feel appreciated and give her a reason to want you at her feet.
It's a shame though that there's no actual colloquial term for us fetishists...YET!!

If they don't already know about the fetish, then play it cool at first and casually mention something about their feet/shoes/socks at an opportune time. Example being make sure your floors are clean, and when they arrive at your place, tell them no shoes allowed. Don't sound nervous about it either, even if you have to fake not being nervous. Women can usually tell if you're lying or have a hidden prerogative.
If one of them says they've been at work all day, or walking/standing a lot, you can easily offer a foot massage. Make it sound like you're genuinely interested in making her happy, and she'll want to make you happy in return. Study massage techniques to ensure she enjoys it, and try holding a non-foot related conversation with her. Don't obsess over the feet at first. If she tries to change the topic/conversation, go with it.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but these women will be coming to, and staying at, your place. If that's true, be ready with non-foot topics and DO NOT make her feel obligated to indulge fetish. That could scare her away easily.

I was thinking offering the massage only if they say their feet hurts.
Yea, they are coming to my place and staying there. We hang around together, drink, cook or go out. I hosted many times already. This summer i had a sweet girl from San Diego that had really nice feet and toes, with one toering on each foot.

Taking their shoes off is a great start. I'd wait until they say something about their feet hurting as well. Some women are open to the fetish off the start. Others will take time, if they even come around at all. Try to read the women to see if you think they'd be open to it.
It's good that you've hosted already as you know what to expect. That would be a shame if you didn't realize it was another fetishist. Sometimes, those can be great interactions.
