But what would happen if you actually die or lose your genitals from too much torture? Would there be a lawsuit against the woman who did it? This makes me wonder for the trampling sites and all, if someone was to get seriously hurt, injured, or result in death who would be held responsible?

I do know of that site, as well as several others who have had bloody sessions. I've never gone that far and never will. I have gotten injured though. It was more than 5 years ago and I still haven't fully healed. Even went for over 6 months with no CBT and the injury didn't heal. I try looking at it as more of a scar from fun, than an injury from carelessness.

It's good to know your limits. Did the model who accidentally injure you feel bad at least?
