Ebanned or Ebay. Expect to spend more on Ebanned. I've bought from http://1footonthefloor.com/ before and she was reliable.

Be very careful, you never know who could have worn the socks or even worse if it was even worn at all. There are many stories of the ladies just pouring vinegar or ammonia on the socks and sending them out. Some don't even give you anything after they get your money.Whatever you do make sure you do your research, don't ever buy from Buy My Socks models or Britney Sweetstink.

Find yourself a local yardsale group on facebook for your area or region (then join it). Women post used shoes through those venues often. Not only that, but you can judge from their advertised shoe size and public facebook pics as to whether or not you'd like to meet them in person to make the purchase (for one of your female friends, of course), Hee Hee! Sometimes, your hot local female FB friends might post an item in the yardsale group, and you can choose to let the cat out of the bag by pursuing her used shoes online.
You might also get a chance to sniff the source of the seller's stinkies if you play your cards right. Me?, I personally like hot tall college age women (who have no idea about foot fetishes), and nothing stretches my zipper like having a brand new hot female stranger (who you've cherry-picked, btw) meet you for the first time and hand you her used shoes (from which you get to derive pleasure either immediately or later -- generally better to wait for later).
This methodology leads to a very easy fix for foot fetishists!! And don't tell the women that I sent ya, cuz then they might retract their items for sale (plus other guys out there might start catching onto the idea and give fetishists a bad name on a larger scale if they misuse this strategy), heckeckeckeckeckeckeckeck!! This method also works well in terms of the overall authenticity of the shoes' ownership, which beats buying from potential (she)males online.

I've found that most real life sellers don't wash them anyway. I usually don't make that "special request" just for the sake of not arousing suspicion. But then, again you can always take the risk and make the request, in which case they might ask. And usually if they were gonna wash the shoes, they will have already been washed by time the ad was posted, so it would be too late for the special request anyway. Judge strictly by her ad's pictures (and her pictures) if you think they will smell good or not.
Me, I prefer that if they do ask, I'd rather them ask me stuff about foot fetish while I am meeting them in person rather than beforehand, because by then it is too late for them to not show up and plus you get to see the look on her face when she discovers who we really are. Just ignore my avatar for a sec.
