There was an earlier post about how many women would be sympathetic to our attraction to feet. This got me thinking: Have any of you ever been involved with women who were turned off by your foot fetish? My girlfriend has been very accepting of it, I'm happy to say.

Haha..plenty of women were turned off when they found out I liked feet...some put up with it, others were grossed out by it

I agree. To expand on that...I don't think any of my girls REALLY understood the fetish. Some thought it was cute, or disgusting, most put up with it. But I've had more than a few tell me they "just don't understand it."

Most women I've talked to have been against it. Lost a few friendships and relationships over it. Doesn't bother me like it used to. The more that are against it, the more pleasure I get out of it.

I've had pretty good luck with my foot fetish. I wonder if the approach for some guys derails the relationship. I mean, we all have our quirks and they usually come up later in the dating process or during sex. But I wonder if some guys usually come on to strong and the girl gets the impression that's you want is her feet. Just wondering

My approach has always been to just go for the feet and gauge their reaction. I've been with women that immediately pulled their feet away as soon as they were touched or flat out refused to take their socks off, one girl hid them under the covers and would never even show them.
But for the most part I'd say 90% were just putting up with it just not really into it. Think about it this way, expecting a woman who isn't into foot fetishism to start liking the fetish is like asking one of us to just stop liking feet and start liking something else. I don't believe we change our programming that easily, if at all, so the ones that end up liking it were women who liked it all along they just didn't know it or had yet to be exposed to it.
I've only been with one or two that liked it just as much or more than me but they liked being the recipient. They didn't actually like men's or women's feet.
