Do you always have to be engaged with feet or thinking about feet to get off? I do. I find that during sex I often have to think about feet to achieve orgasm, and I enjoy feet much more than I do so regular sex. If I were in some sort of hypothetical situation in which I was forced to give up sex and could only indulge in my fetish I wouldn't care at all. I just need feet to get off, nothing else satisfies me. Thoughts?

I can. Feet are great, but as a healthy straight male, there's a lot about the female anatomy besides feet that gets me off, and I love it all and tried it all.

You aren't alone and there's nothing "wrong" per se with that. It's just your thing, albeit harder to satisfy usually for feet only stimulation. It does however uncomplicate relations with women in a lot of cases if no (shoe) strings attached type of encounters. Pros and Cons to both.

I don't NEED feet to get off, but it helps a lot more definitely. I don't think its bad that you can only get off to feet, but i feel relationships with some women will be difficult because of that.

In person, yes. On the Internet, I find it's all feet for me. I don't really get much of a thrill out of standard porn.
While I obviously like feet, I actually find they're not really a necessity in my normal sex life in order to achieve gratification. They can be used as foreplay, but it's not required. I can also massage, worship and smell a girl's feet and keep myself in check without it having to lead to more, just from the standpoint of having a penchant for female feet.
However, when it comes to getting off via the Internet, I find feet usually tend to be my default go to source.

Upon some reflection, this may be a more difficult question for me to answer than it seems at first glance.
When I consider some of my other sexual pursuits, e.g. bondage, I would say that I don't need feet but then I realize that my subjects are barefoot (or, at least, wearing very sexy, revealing heels) and their feet are always in view.
In other scenes, feet are not necessarily at the center of attention but I am still cognizant of my partner's feet and glancing at them...I seem to try to keep their feet in sight.
Not certain what conclusions to draw from this beyond the idea that feet may be a little more important than I thought.
