This is a hilarious series on Starz starring Patrick Stewart that has a characters foot fetish recurring throughout the series.
The character Jim played by Timm Sharp is the neurotic and troubled part of the news team that is headed by Walter Blunt played by Patrick Stewart. Jim is in a relationship with the shows producer Celia played by Dolly Wells.
Different episodes Jim is shown in bed rubbing Celia's feet and sleeping head to toe with her feet in his face. One episode they break up and Jim has a one night stand with an older woman he meets who pays him off as a male prostitute and then texts him pictures of her feet which Celia discovers after they make up.
The focus of this is for laughs of course and to add to the quirkiness of the character. The guy also hoards in his office and sometimes wears a dog cone on his neck when he's working and feeling hurt so some foot guys here may take offense to the portrayal. However it makes me laugh even more.
The actress playing Celia has nice feet which is a good bonus.
