For me, I've always considered a perfect foot to be the Egyptian foot. When I first learned of the name I thought that Egyptian women have this type of foot. Although more rare, I've seen it on mostly all nationalities of women.

That's awesome, but if you were to use the "racial" component, one might say that you prefer Arabic women's feet, since most Egyptians are ethnically Arabs. Syrians are mostly Arabs too, but they seem to have quite a bit of European blood, as many of them are rather light skinned. Whether you want slice it by "race" or nationality, there's no clean-cut way to categorize women and their feet.
