Good question, but impossible for me to answer in a vacuum.
There are times where I need a woman to involve her feet to the point where nothing else will leave me satisfied. I can still climax without them, but it would be like giving a starving mman a few crackers when he hasn't eaten in days. It just won't cut it.
Or I could be craving intercourse and don't really want anything else.
Then there are times when I need oral above all else. In those instances, a footjob or intercourse just won't cut it.
My preferences are strong and change constantly and rotate. On any given day I need something specific.

The older I get, the more I just want to lick, suck, smell, tickle, and fuck feet.
I still get turned on by good tits, but my interest pretty much stops there. That's not to say I would not give her whatever she needed to be satisfied.

I've been married for 15 years and I love my wife's feet and she teases me almost every day with them. Same here as far as the older I get the more I crave feet, and they've always been my main sexual obsession. So it's pretty hardcore at this point.
