Dominant or submissive?
I am very secure with my sexuality; I can state that I am submissive sexually and enjoy mild domination. By being submissive sexually does not mean that I am not assertive-I had to be assertive in my career. So loving female feet complements my sexual submissive side. Most men have an issue declaring that they are submissive. They are men, so dominance is valued sexually more that submission. Being submissive is a great turn on for me just like someone being dominant would find that exciting. Has the love of feet made you more submissive? If so, does it turn you on?

I'm mainly submissive--very submissive, especially when it comes to feet. I can switch to an extreme form of dominance (often involving degradation and violence (consensual of course)), but overall i'd say I'm submissive.If i were in some kind of kink scene I'd be considered a switch I guess, but for the most part I'd be seen as a submissive. I enjoy femdom, humiliation (though in some porn it's taken to extremes that I just can't get into). I know it isn't the case for everyone, and maybe not for a lot of foot fetishists, but I fit the submissive male type that some (maybe many) associate with foot fetishism. It's definitely a part of my sexuality.I don't casually advertise it, but once I'm comfortable with a woman she pretty much understands. I've also found that a lot of women enjoy the dominance.

Coryr, yes I agree with you about some extremes in Femdom and humiliation which we don't do. Same with deliberate infliction of pain that's out as well! As long as one is comfortable with one's sexuality. True, some women get turned on with being dominant-I enjoy mild domination, it's a turn on for my wife and I. I think the most important is not degrade someone, always allow one to maintain his/her dignity. Being submissive and being mildly dominated is a huge turn on for me.

I would say I'm probably more dominant than submissive however I do think having a foot fetish natually lends itself to submissive behaviour. If I was laying on the floor and my wife came and put her foot in my face I'd be in heaven, but I don't think that I could be a submissive man just catering to her will. I would love to dabble a bit!

luvstockingfeet, yes I agree that foot fetish lends to submissive behavior. One knows if one is dominant or submissive sexually. That does not translate to one's career or how we deal with the world. I had to be very assertive. But sexually I have know for a long time that I was submissive.

I hate any association of foot fetishism with being submissive, being dominated or abused. I am a regular guy that likes sex who also likes to lick feet and suck toes (smell feet and fuck feet too).

Foot partialism, to use the proper definition, does attract those who are submissive sexually. It's a perfect fit. Yet, having a foot fetish does not mean one is submissive sexually. My original question was are you "Dominant or submissive?" and "Has the love of feet made you more submissive?" They don't categorize or associate foot fetish with submission, abuse or domination. The only reason I brought this post up is, again, that foot fetish attracts those who are sexually submissive-it's a perfect fit. When I was introduced to feet in Europe, the two women, one French the other Finnish recognized quickly that I was submissive sexually. It was because I enjoy having a woman on top during intercourse. Other subtle cues were probably picked up, and they naturally added foot sex during sex. On another post, I brought up how foot fetish could occur due to the sex center in the brain is next to the foot center. I discovered this later when I took anatomy. Neural pathways could very well form between the two centers when feet become sexualized. In my case, I got addicted to feet very fast. In my original post I only mention mild domination and I don't lean towards anything like abuse or pain-none of that. But to each his own. So my post was not a blanket statement regarding foot partialism meaning an association with sexual submission. On the contrary. But again, above, I do mention how one needs to be very secure with one's sexuality. That is important in having a balance regarding sex, and a relationship with a woman which brings me to my next post soon.
