Covid wiped out millions of job in a blank of an eye. Many wonder how will these folks cope? ...Well at least from what I've been seeing on a new/popular social/gamer app called Discord, there are tons of regular women now flocking to the platform to try to sell their feet pics.
The timing of the sudden influx looks to have lined up with the whole Covid-19 pandemic and many people not being able to work regular jobs.
Selling their feet pics from home (or mobile) seems to be very appealing to many of these new jobless ladies.

I think the women just know the market exists, and there are tons of ways for them to put content out there, more so then there used to be. They don't have to get naked or anything to make money, just show their feet which in their minds is harmless.

I'd say that it is a bit more accepted by Ordinary Joes and Plain Janes than it used to be.. but surely it has by no means gone "mainstream" yet. Back in the mid-90s, when I first got access to foot-related adult entertainment on internet, it was deffo deemed a weird kink.. especially if you were into such niches as dirty feet. If you looked for foot-related adult DVDs in sex shops back then, they were usually confined in the same forlorn shelves hosting such pearls as "Preggo Whore Horse Cock Sucking"

I'd say it's becoming more the norm because of things like social media. IG for example. A popular actress/model posts a photo with feet and all a sudden tons of comments appear regarding them. Plenty make it apparent of what they want to do with the feet. You don't think other women are reading those comments also? It's almost expected now.
I even saw this girl from my gym who made her own comment on a photo she had posted that was not feet related but had her foot in the shot. She commented somewhere on one friend who joked with her saying, requesting feet pics. She said, you got $$$, I got the photos in a friendly banter. She's kinda geeky so I think it was all in fun and she looks to be around 20 years old. It definitely seems like she's just posting what she reads all the time in a joking manner.

I think it is mainstream honestly. We are seeing it more in movies not just Tarantino but others as well. Also with the Wiki Feet website celebrities are becoming aware that they are featured on the internet. Last but not least the "selling feet pics" theme has kicked in. I think Instagram has played a big part in this.

I don’t think it’s really taboo anymore but I miss the old days of the early internet. The communities were tight knit and the real models were actually really into the scene unlike today. Any chick can just take terrible pics with a smart phone and some sucker will come along and pay a ridiculous amount of money for them. Madness that someone would pay $20 dollars for one pic when you could subscribe to an actual high quality content provider. I’m on my soapbox but this community that I have enjoyed for so many years it just feels like it’s getting used for a get rich quick scheme.
