I recall seeing some porn on TV where the lady strips everything off EXCEPT the heels. My guess is they do that since they want to cater to the non- foot fetish clients and customers like to see the porn stars walk in high heels because it makes their butt wiggle and it makes their legs look longer.

Absolutely, positively with you on the girl not barefoot thing. Also extremely frustrating to me when they come close to showing a girls bare feet but don’t. Its like “ damn director, you didn’t think about us foot guys.”
