It might be possible if you do re-wiring of the brain. However, the real question is "do you want to and why?"

When I was a teen, I had a fantasy of checking into a mental hosptal. They'd perform an operation on my brain, and I'd be "cured" of my attraction to feet.
Perhaps that's technically possible, but I no longer have the urge to be "cured!"

It never goes away. Maybe diminishes somewhat but never disappears. I'm OK with that.
