The footstool scene from "Great Catherine" (1968 film).

The character played by Peter O'Toole is tied up and used as a footstool by Empress Catherine the Great, in bare feet, played by Jeanne Moreau. At the end of the scene, she demands that he kiss her foot.

I had a look at this scene on YouTube. Very nice indeed and I bet they both had fun filming it.
