So I'm looking to start a local themed foot fetish site or brand that I'll market on only fans but I have no idea what I'm doing.
That being said how would I go about acquiring talent. My first plan was to offer $$120 for an hour worship and photo session and then offer them a percentage of the sales. Am I looking at this the wrong way or is this about par for the course?

You may be able to get away with not paying them a percentage of sales and just paying them upfront instead. Just be sure to let them know (and get their permission) that you'll be sharing the footage. I know quite a few folks who have done that via OnlyFans and elsewhere.

DO NOT do sales percentages, fuck that, lol. Standard model release, start at 300 for the entire shoot and work your way up from there. shot alot of video. when i started it was like i just shot the legs and feet and forgot there was a model there. im so much better now, but growing is gonna be fun. and you'll also realize that nowadays, everyone is "rentable" pretty much. And if you don't try to fuck your talent, you'll have a stellar reputation in your community and in a couple of years, you can pick and choose.
