"Buskers" - The Musicians or street performers that hang out in front of stores or anywhere else in public usually playing an instrument for donations. Usually a small box, a hat or an open guitar case in front of them where you chuck your spare coins in.
The weirdest one I've seen is an old dude playing a radio strumming an air guitar. Funny thing was, that the radio d.j was talking at the time and then some commericals shortly after, but he was still strumming away with the fairies .... (Think he was more of a begger... I'd pay him to stop )
