I thought this might be interesting for some people here, you can test your bandwidth speed and than post it in here for anyone to see. I bet mines not as fast as alot in here.

once you have it you'll wonder how you lived without it
i still can't believe some are still using dial up, talk about torture
with dial up i would download a movie and get 2-5 kb's per sec
with comcast i can get 500 kb's - 1 mb per sec

Yeah tell me about it... I remeber about 3yrs ago (while still on dial-up) playing alotta "free-cell" and "Solitare" while downloading a clip... Sample clip was only about 2 or 3mins and took about 25mins to get it... Even large picture files as I would spend ages at LordLucans spot to only see a handfull of pics ...
It was quite a HUGE leap in speed from dial-up to broadband although I'm alot slower than you are. I wonder if the ratio is the same stepping up from dial up to broadband as where I am to Comcast ....
