Yeah, I read that when I checked my e-mail this morning. I nearly spit my breakfast out, it was so unbelievably. RIP Bernie. You made me laugh enough for 3 lifetimes.

That's a total shame because he was very loved. I loved his character in everything he did, I felt he did some of the best stand-up comedy and was a very down to earth person from what I've heard. He really was beginning to hit his stride in Hollywood and was becoming respected because he was truly a good actor. We just lost a hidden gem.

He will definately be missed. This reminds me alot of the death of tupac shakur. His publicist said that he would be out of the hospital soon, just like 2pacs did and then you hear the grim news that he has passed. I watched Bernie in the Oceans 11-13 movies and loved his role in it. One of the best lines was when he spoke about himself dealing black jack at the casino "they certainly won't let me deal the cards. they might as well call it white jack" RIP Bernie Mac

He has some pretty good material.... Agreed he was too young, but I guess when it's your time, it's your time....
RIP to a great comedian.
