If I was pinned down to just one then I would have to select "Rhapsody In Blue". I am sure that there are many here who have never heard it or heard of it; I hope that some reader(s) might have a sufficiently adventurous soul to give it a listen - I promise that you won't demand the 16-18 minutes back, even if it is not your favorite.
