Is there anyone that has experience with PayPal?
Is it possible to transfer the PayPal balance to the credit card the account is linked to? Are there any fees associated with this?
I'm receiving money from another country and I require that the balance be cashed out, so to speak to go directly on to my credit card. Is there a waiting period for these kinds of transactions?
Any kind of help would be appreciated, the PayPal website isn't very clear on this.

3-4 days on having your money sent to your bank card from your paypal account. You will have to link your card twice IIRC, once to make it the payment method when you purchase, and once to make it the transfer method.
When you receive money, if the amount is enough that there is a paypal fee, once it is in your account and you see the fee you have paid to use the service, that amount is what you will transfer to your bank card. No charges for the transfer.
Recent changes if any may apply, but this is what I have experienced in the 4 or 5 years I have been using it.

I see, well that clarifies it a bit. I wonder how big of a payment I can receive before fees are levied?
