Just watched the new Nick Cage flick, Drive Angry; Im assuming his theory is that he's a big star in hollywood and all his movies will be great, but this flick was bleeeegh; Like the last couple he's come out with!

Anything with Nick Cage in it I immediately scratch off my list. The only movie I can remember liking him in was Raising Arizona from over 20 years ago.

the rock? seriously? his choice of movies roles has definitely become rather pathetic but i can only assume he is taking anything and everything he is offered to fend off his financial problems.
Of course, that might have more to do with Meryl Streep. And Tilda Swinton. And Judy Greer (back when she was still hot).

He played a geek - he is a geek. It just worked instead of him acting all hard.

Actually It gives a pretty good fucking sole shot of Amber Heard while she gets a pedi in a motel room. I would take a screen shot, but the quality of the version I have sucks!

I'm a fan of Nick Cage. I've known him to be in bad flicks that I've had to endure through and watch because of . But he's had awesome roles too IMO.
- Face Off - Gone In 60 Seconds - Matchstick Men - National Treasure (The first one only, part 2 dragged on a bit) - Family Man (One of my fave drama flicks)
He has his own flavour that he brings to the screen that I like. So even though 'Drive Angry' is a bad flick, because Cage is starring in it, I'll watch it.

I also liked Adaption, but more the story than his acting. I also liked the story of Next, I think it was originally written by Philip K. Dick (Bladerunner, Minority Report, A Scanner Darkly)
