How do I put my own pic as my avatar? This forum is unbelievably user unfriendly.. it is ridiculous...

How do I even view "my profile".. clickin on "my profile" doesn't show "my profile" it is just a link to edit my profile.

Need to reduce the size of your avatar to 150X200 maximum as well.
