Sorry, but I'm still having trouble with the MP4 file. The latest version of Windows Media Player won't play it. The internet says that Realplayer will work. Is that true ? I Have to download Realplayer or is there some way I can set Media Player to play it ? In "Options" there's no choice for MP4.

You right click on the video file, and choose "open with". A list of programs comes up, and mp should be one the choices. You might have to click on "choose program", and it should be in that list.
You select it, and click the box that says "always use the selected program to open the file".
