She looks great, but in the first two photos it appears as though she recently had wisdom teeth removed, or is wearing prosthetic vampire teeth or something. Something looks off.

Why does she look so different here? I can't quite place it. Also, yes she does look pregnant, but it could be that outfit, those stupid shirt-dress combo things are a fashion disaster.
