I can't say I blame him. I used to work on a certain television interview show that's taped in New York City. During the time she was with Ethan Hawke, I saw her in the lobby when Ethan was a guest on the show. She was wearing flat strappy sandals. Her Toes look longer (and more scrumptious) in person!
