I always love seeing other posters' sleepy feet pics so I decided to take a couple myself to share with my fellow Wu-ites. (Wu-ians? Wu-ers?) [Smile] Hope you enjoy them!

Been in the picture-taking mood lately so if you like these, expect to see more sometime soon..

These are excellent photographs. Evidently done with existing light, and they look great; hard to keep such a steady hand when you're focusing on feet. Thank you for sharing these.

I normally use existing light because I hate how 'washed out' the flash can make feet look. Here, however, I experimented with something sort of in between. I used a trick I picked up on another thread a few months ago. I can't remember who suggested it, but the suggestion was to use an index card (or analogous item) to reflect the flash towards the ceiling, so the flash itself provides more of an ambient light rather than the harsh glare it is sometimes known for. It was priceless advice and works like a charm!
