Kelly Term SLC Gimping Toe troubles in Half Cast Shoe By now Kelly has gotten around to lugging around her casted foot. What she hasn't gotten used to is the cast shoe the clinic gave her as a replacement when her first one wore out. It's open in the front and only extends as far as the end of her cast leaving her toes completely vulnerable. Before she was only self-conscious about wearing two different shoes.
