OK, so I'm hanging out at the dog run with the family pooch, when I decide to call Maureen 'cause I figure it's time to do another photo session with her. My call goes straight into voice mail, but the recording says her mailbox is full so I don't get to leave a message. I was going to text or email her tonight to see about her availability, but she beat me to the punch by calling me a few minutes ago.
Well I'll be damned if the girl doesn't drop a nuclear bomb on my ass, she tells me that although she loves shooting with me, she's not going to be able to 'cause SHE'S NOW LIVING IN TEXAS!
I'm not going to bore you with the details, but it turns out that my favorite Jersey girl had been looking to move down south or west for the last couple of years; something about the wide open spaces and all that nonsense. Bottom line is that she's now living very far from NYC and though she left the door open to shooting with me if she ever comes back to visit, who knows? She did tell me that she might come back in August to pick up some of her stuff, if she doesn't have it shipped, but I'm not holding my breath.
Maureen is much more than a kick-ass model to me, over the years, she's become a friend, and even though we didn't see each other all that often, it was always fun we we did. She told me she's going to miss me, but already miss her terribly.
Please don't ask me is she's going to model out in Texas, we didn't even get into that, so I don't know, but if she tells me she's open or available, you guys will be the first to know. Right now, I'm just a bit bummed...

Women move on, is what I've learned over the years. They have their heyday and soak it up and always find bigger and better things to do than model their feet and/or get older and less confident in their appeal. At least she chose a cool state!

You are obviously pretty bummed out. I can't lie....I'm kinda hoping I bump into her. Let her know she has at least one person who would love to get to know her in Texas! I'd date her, or just be her "foot masseuse". She is just THAT sexy. Head to toe.

That's terrible news. She's been around for several years, and has become one of my favorite top-5 all time foot models.

It's clear that you not only will miss her modeling, but the friendship in general. I've been through that myself as many of my models were already friends first. Just try to keep in touch and see if your paths cross. Although we all like to see her regularly, if she is able to get home, do a ton of sets with her and add them in sparingly over time. It will make each update of her a special attraction. I tried to do that during my vacation road trip with Carmen, but she didn't really respond to the request. Plus, don't you need to visit Texas?

Good suggestions Patrick, if she does come back, I'll see if I can book her for a whole day. Never been to Texas, although I drove through it a couple of times. When I go out West, I usually hit California 'cause that's where some of my best models are, including Mona Lisa and Mai.

Awww man.. She is my favorite.... Her feet are so damn sexy, hell she is fine from her head all the way down to her incredibly sexy feet. She will definately be missed by me. That sucks,.. I always look forward to seeing her sexy pics. Oh well Adam, maybe she will have to come back, and maybe you can get some farewell shots in... I sure hope so......
