What program are you using? I used to make animated gifs in image ready, but now I use Photoshop CS5.

Here's a forum post that should help you. I plan on making a tutorial of how you do it. This is for people who have their own videos and are too big to upload to Youtube or don't care for someone else to have the whole video. I'll post the video tutorial link here when I complete it.
