Elizabeth and Talia are both yoga instructors who happened to have booked the same room at the same time, but instead of finding a peaceful solution, a fight quickly breaks out. Elizabeth teach Talia a yoga lesson with sleeper holds, a crossface, a camel clutch, stripping some of her clothes off, and a figure four leg lock. Unfortunately for Elizabeth these attempted lessons only anger the tiny Talia and as soon as she gets a chance to fight back she does. Suddenly, the once mouthy Elizabeth finds herself on the receiving end of the very same lessons she was just trying to teach. Apparently, Talia was paying attention to Elizabeth’s teachings as she now applies the same moves Elizabeth used on her, as well as adding a few of her own moves in like an arm bar, a guillotine choke, a leg across the throat choke and a dragon sleeper. Talia adds HOM smothers to help suffocate and weaken Elizabeth. Finally when Elizabeth is nice a weak Talia uses one more sleeper to finally put Elizabeth out. Elizabeth twitches, drools and her eyes roll as she slowly fades to black. With Elizabeth asleep, Talia strips Elizabeth of her shorts, folds her in half for a humiliating pin and counts to ten. She then takes a victory pose, standing proudly of her Defeated and humiliated foe.
