I tried them years ago, but it didnt seem to work out so well. Does anyone have any idea where I can get a good Emulator from? I enjoy classic games like most of you guys, I just dont want seven different consoles sitting around the living room!

I never really played too much on emulators since I have the real things. I know that MAME is an excellent arcade emulator. And VICE is really good for Commodore 64 games.
LeDaemon already mentioned it: There are quite a few good online-emulators that let you play directly in your browser.

I used to work in the games biz during the early 2000's so I don't like emulation. Both as a connoisseur of games and as someone who (attempts to) makes a living from royalties associated from them

Cosign. I love being able to go back and play classic RPGs for the SNES like Crono Trigger and Breath of Fire II!
Also thanks to MAME I finally got the chance to play this old Captain Bucky O Hare' arcade game that I only saw once in an issue of an Electronic Gaming Monthly and never again until I downloaded it. I also wore at that Simpsons and X-Men arcade game too... the multiplayer sidescrolling one.
