Yeah, recently my foot fetish has been stronger. I notice it with my girlfriend and I, and when she dominates me I find myself /still/ masturbating that night, the next morning when I wake up. It happened to me as well in the past: there was this girl (she was in my class and that night -it was spring- we were out to have some fun together with some other classmates) in flip flops who had SUCH PERFECT feet that I was like mesmerized and I had a really hard time keeping my eyes off them.At the end she might have noticed that cause she even asked me "are you ok?you look strange tonight,is there something wrong?".
I was "worried" like you too,but I found out it was just a seasonal thing (cause obviously spring brings open shoes and toes to enjoy). I think this autumn/winter you might cool down a bit.

I think, from what you've said omg, that it's a problem if you feel it is a problem, and judging from your reactions when you're in the presence of female feet, it may well be. Don't however take my word as any kind of authority as i'm not a psychiatrist or psychotherapist and I might be completely wrong, but what I think you need to try and do is somehow learn to control how you feel when your in the situations which are causing you anxiety. Extreme nervousness, inability to hold a conversation, sweating and having a panic attack suggest that it is quite serious if it's having an adverse and debilitating effect on your ability to function in seemingly everyday situations.
Spring/summer is always a time which is going to have more female feet on display because of the milder/warmer temperatures, and for the exhibitionists, an opportunity to show off their bare feet or lastest styles in pedicures and foot jewellery etc. Maybe just try and relax more and just enjoy the tantalizsation of having all these feet around. I empathise completely with what you're saying though, and whilst my reactions when i'm in the presence of beautiful fem feet, are no way near yours, I understand what it's like to feel compelled to look at (obsessively), or trying to steal glances at pretty feet whenever they're around. I've learned to try and 'catch' myself when i'm doing it and stay in control, however, things are a bit easier for me because I have a wife with incredibly beautiful feet, who allows me to indulge in my fetish, and she also enjoys me playing with her feet, so I have an outlet for my fantasies. I know I haven't provided you with a definite method that will address how you're reacting, but hopefully, the other guys (and maybe girls) will contribute some suggestions which should make things easier for you. I hope things work out, but just remember, you're in control.

Right now it's just making you very uncomfortable, so that's a personal decision you'll have to make. If it comes to the point that you're seriously contemplating or actually doing things that cross the line morally or legally, then there's no question you should seek help. Speaking personally, years ago I reached a point where I had two choices. I could have told my wife about my fetish and, judging from the fact the she's indulged me since I did tell her, I assume she would have done the same back then. Result- I would have still been looking at other girl's feet but probably wouldn't have acted on my feelings, preferring instead to focus on her feet.
But because I didn't divulge my fetish to her back then, but was so sexually aroused by feet, I entered a phase where I crossed the line legally and morally. I stole several pair of sandals for my enjoyment and got into voyeurism, masturbating privately and publicly (but never exposing myself)to other women's feet. Not good stuff, and thank goodness I never got caught (although one blessing of that might have been my wife becoming aware of my fetish- but given those circumstances not sure that she would have indulged me in it). I eventually understood that what I was doing was not good and, though anonymously, paid back the company I stole the shoes from. And I stopped my voyeuristic activity.
Anyway, just a warning to you bro, that this love of feet can certainly gain control over us, so do be careful. And get help if you need it.

First off,whatever the case is,You gotta keep your urges in check.I think laedamon stated what one of the resons is.if you have a woman who takes care of your needs,you should be alright.if you have a woman,yet still have urges like that,then dude to be blunt,you have an issue.I mean no doubt,I see more feet during this season due to women wearing open shoes,so ofcourse I look more,and being that feet are everywhere,ofcourse I look or think about it,but that's as far as it goes.I have female friends and on ocation I get a glimpse of their feet,but I'm not running into the bathroom to beat off;how old are u(just curiouse)?
