I'm from the UK but came across this show kids TV show in Australia and I don't know if its pure coincidence or their something going on with feet. Here are just a small amount of clips from the show:

If I was a father, I am sure that I would have more than sufficient motivation to spend some extra "quality-time" with the kids in front of the tube.
I took a look at some other clips and it seems that yours is only a small sample of foot visibility on that program. On the upside, the girls have really nice feet but it makes me wonder if they are teaching kids anything beyond what hot feet look like.
If it makes it to the U.S., I'll have a reason to get up early on Saturday mornings.

What's the name of the show? Maybe the show's Wikipedia page has something to say about it.

The show is called Hi5, my nephew watches it early in the morning, cant remember what channel it was but it comes on about 7am or something on a uk channel.

i heard some remarks about her singing. I actually think that is one of the most hilarious parts about all this.
Imagine all the perverted grown men out there who are masterbating hard to this stuff while she sings children's songs LOL
It is quite creepy in it's own little way. Yet it is also quite funny when you think of those horny guys who are sportin their "oh face's" while they internally struggle to reconcile the apparent irony:
"I REALLY WANNA CUM!!", "Well, this feels morally wrong though", "BUT I REALLY LIKE HER FEET", "Damn this is a children's show though"
I would prefer her singing while doing all the foot activities instead of talking to the viewers in a Mr. Rogers like manner.
Charli: "OK, boys and girls, we are going to take the wiggly family for a swim. How many of you can swim? Good! How many of you like getting your feet wet? Yeah, I like that too. That is a fun thing to do...."
Charli: "Hi, boys and girls. Today we are going to do some exercises. Ooooh, don't look sad. These will be fun exercises because today, we are going to exercise just by using our feet. First of all, lets count our feet, one...two. Now, lets count our toes. One, two, three...."
Aaah, here is a good example of how that might play out. Here is Kathleen going from singing about feet, to just talking about them.

i think your right footgirl, theres no way id be cracking one off , it doesnt seem right. she does have lovly soles though, but no... its definatly not right.
