This originally started out as a candid moment. I sat at a cubicle in front of a pretty shoeplaying Asian girl. Eventually, I got bored of taking risks to shoot, not even her soles, so I got ballsy and asked if we could share a study room, since I can tutor English. She accepted and I made a chair into a foot rest for her and she explained that it hurts walking, and I offered her a foot massage and she accepted. I learned that she's 22 and from South Korea, and that she had been in America for only a week.

Recently, I saw her in the cafeteria. She was on her iPad Mini and had dropped both her flats on the floor. She wouldn't let me massage her feet because we were in public, but I touched her sole and it was so cold due to the air conditioning.

Next up is a 24yr-old med student, Gina I believe. She's also really quiet and she's always walking around in her black high heels. This is by far the riskiest shoot I have done, but it all pays off. Her name was Anna, aged 18-19, and she was only visiting the campus as part of the foreign exchange program. Faceshots are near impossible to get from a cubicle, but the thing about cubicles is that they can't see you underneath the table, and as long as your back is covered and their head is in their textbook, you can get shots underneath the soles. Next we have Taeyoung. She's 22 and she was born in South Korea, but raised in Japan. She's from Arawaka, Tokyo. She acts just like a typical Japanese schoolgirl. She's always barefoot when sitting in the lounge, though it was hard to get a good shot of her. She's friends with Eri, the very first girl I posted. In the last picture, Eri is the girl on the left with black hair and Taeyoung is on the right (her thighs are showing). Next is a bespectacled Korean woman, named Ii-Jae. I got a faceshot of her when I put my laptop on top of the cubicle and asked chat with her when she put her feet up Indian style. Fortunately, I was able to get some great close ups of her size 9 feet. It was so rare to find a Korean international student who took off both her shoes and socks and sitting with a clear view of her sole. Because she was using her laptop at a cubicle, I was able to slip in rreally close.

This next one is really brief due to timing. She was a Christian South Korean foreign exchange student learning English. She was the tiniest Korean girl I have ever seen, barely 5 feet tall. She had her gold ballerina flats on the floor, but she was so short that when she put her feet up on the chair, she could only put her foot against the chair. When I sat down, she put her shoes back on, but I pulled another chair to the side of the table so that she could put her feet up. I had a hard time explaining to her that in America, it is perfectly normal to be barefoot in a library and when I asked if I could see her flats, she happily took them off. I think from that point, I knew why she put her shoes back on. Her foot odor was so strong, that I could smell them from where I already was sitting. Unfortunately, she was embarassed by the smell of her feet that when she put her feet up, she had her sole pointing outward, and her right foot was once again pressing against the chair.
