I'm always in the mood for Flying Circus! [Big Grin]

I've heard of Fawlty Towers, but haven't seen it - is it funny? (I'd imagine it is if John Cleese is in it.)

Itīs absolutely brilliant! The humour is very intelligent and it`s not as bizarre as Monty Python. The dvds are even on sale over here in Germany and pretty cheap, too. So it shouldn`t be problem getting hold of them in the States. If you like sarcastic British humour you should get them and watch it! [Wink]

I can't wait to check it out - sounds like something I'd absolutely love. Thanks for letting me know!

Fawlty Towers is definitely worth getting. I watch and collect quite a bit of British comedy shows and have the complete Python as well as Towers on DVD.

I actually like Fawlty Towers a little better than Python. Booth and Cleese were a great writing team and each of the 12 shows are classics where you would have a hit and miss on certain Python skits or entire episodes.

Hal, would your favorite Towers episode happen to be "The Germans?" [Big Grin]
