did she cross her legs with the anklet closer to you? if she did, she probably teasing you, or more likely, letting you know she knows and doesn't mind that you've kept it discreet.

I don't remeber her making any movements or anything, but there is no question woman wear them to draw attention to their ankles/ feet.
In my opinion, if they wear them, and us men look, there is no harm/ no foul.
