Neanderthal checking in. hehe Mine hasn't evolved, and if anything I'd have to say that it has actually devolved in a sense because my fetish today is far more narrowly-focused and much more challenging to satisfy than it ever was years ago when I started out as a fledgling fetishist. Luckily for me, I was forthright about my fetish from the very beginning and always went full throttle after exactly what I wanted, so I never really had to encounter that sense of frustration that jedi spoke about. The aspects of foot fetish that I was most drawn to also happened to be rather mainstream by fetish standards when compared to much of the other stuff that's out there, so I was fortunate to be able to have all of my desires satisfied without much difficulty. Somewhere along the way I became so overly-immersed in foot activity that I actually became desensitized to much of it. Since then, my fetish has continued to get more and more specific as my tastes have grown more discriminating. I'm still into the same exact aspects of the fetish that I always was, but now it's practically on a sub-atomic level. For instance, my fascination with nailpolish has always been there since day 1, but whereas any nailpolish color would've turned me on back in the day, I now have very particular visual needs that have to be met, and there are some colors that I absolutely hate today which can sometimes singlehandedly cause me to pass up a gal's feet altogether. Nailpolish isn't my only criteria either. I've got lots of other things that I pay very close attention to when engaging in my contemporary "screening process", such as foot size, toe plumpness, nailbed shape & fullness, thigh thickness & calf curvature, presence of tattoos or anklets, etc. So, while I would definitely say that my foot fetish today is stronger and more intense than it's ever been before, I'd have to admit that it's also made me a much tougher customer and that my scope is anything but broader.

I totally appreciated reading about Zamora's theory but I'm afraid that I'm a case study that punctures a hole in it right off the bat. Unlike Zamora, I fall into the 2nd group that he mentioned - the people who develop their foot fetishes over the years rather than having been born with it. My earliest interest in feet coincided with the onset of puberty around age 13 and the sexual fascination really centered around one particular pair of feet at the time which belonged to a teacher of mine. That was the beginning for me. However, despite the fact that I'm a group 2 resident, I don't feel that I'm more open to further development, and as I said in my last post on this subject, my interest in feet has actually become increasingly more rigid, specific, & narrowly-defined as time goes by. Leave it to me to toss a monkeywrench into the works.
