I have to disagree. Although yes, I believe there are thousands of women in the world who could fall in love with any one of thousands of men. But the problems come in locating them, and the chances that they will fall in love with you. It sounds pessimistic, but I'm very selective of whom I'd consider for a serious relationship. Being as far from an "average guy" as you can imagine, I'm only attracted to comparatively unique girls as well. I'm not saying they have to be really freaky, just not your typical Jane Doe.
Although pretty feet are not a real priority for me in looking for a gf (unless they're really unacceptably heinous), telling somebody you like feet in some way or another seems to me like a make-or-break scenario. They'll either appreciate the fact that you're open with them and feel flattered by the compliment, or think of you as a weirdo and decline. The ones that decline just based on that are probably too shallow in their judgment, and it would not be a fulfilling relationship anyway.

My heartiest agreement. I've said this many times here, if you allow a woman to get to know you, your character & nature, your eccentricities are perceived as a part of your make-up and become immaterial or an invitation to adventure.
