Probably twice a week if I have the house to myself. However, I always bust a nut on my wife's feet a few times a week.

20 years ago I would've answered this question as a few times a day.

usually once a day. sometimes twice if i can't sleep and need to burn off a bit of energy. sometimes none at all, inwhich case it always feel better the day after!
but none if the girlfriend is round. whats the point then!

Until I moved in with my girlfriend (a few weeks ago), I never missed a day; one to three, every day with the occasional fourth.

The only times I missed were with certain genital piercings; a couple days and I was back on schedule.

Once a day on weekdays, usually before bed. Twice on weekends.

I only abstain when I know I'm getting laid. When I do jerk off it's about 1/3 to feet, 1/3 to BJ scenes, 1/3 sex scenes.

When it is to feet it's about 80% to footjobs, 10% to candid dangling/shoeplay/toe-scruching/arch flexing type of stuff, 10% to foot worship.

Alright, hopefully i'm not the only girl responding. ;\

about twice a day on average, then sex on top of that, so if not for the boyfriend probably 3-4, more if I have time.

as of now, hardly ever...but when i was single and lived by myself...i would do it alot...at least once a day prolly twice...weekends when i had nothing else going on and just sat at home, i could go up to about 5 times
