Another thing could be your diet, lack of leg and stomach exercises, and lack of rest. And alot of alcohol will NOT help. lol If all fails, then just pop a v-pill and you're good to go.

It has nothing to do with watching porn or how often you wank. Drink and smoking could be a factor and can happen as you get older ( 30s upwards). As this isnt first time suggest you see a doctor as could be another factor causing it so good to get checked out.
