When I see a woman with nice pair of feet I generally admire them and I quietly compliment them. I sometimes wonder about the power they have on enthusiasts like myself where some of them are not even aware that they're actually making us excitingly uncomfortable.

Great question! For me its a combination of a total appreciation of her pretty feet as well as a flood of fantasies as to what I'd enjoy doing with those feet.
