For me, I would say around 5 at the most. I do enjoy a nice foot smell. However, I don't want it to be too overbearing.
Foot smell is nice but it's not the first thing I factor in. For me, it would be somewhere around 30 percent. Unless of, course, a girl's feet had an odor I didn't care for. Then I would think twice.

I would have to say an 8 on your 1 to 10 scale, and the foot smell is about 80% of the fetish to me. I love a beautiful woman's fragrant feet, it turns me on so much!

smell is definitely on a scale of 10 but the fetish is also about the look and shape and feel of the feet not to mention the looks and personality of the women

Probably a 10 for me, I've yet to find many pairs of feet that simply were to overpowering for me. There was one, but that was just a different, unnatural smell altogether. All things considered though, I'd say smell probably accounts for about 25% for me, other factors include appearance (especially for toenails), feel (with hands and in my mouth), and willingness to indulge every aspect of my fetish (and there are quite a few). I've met maybe a few women who satisfy absolutely everything to the fullest. The lady in my avatar is one of them.

I like them a 9-10. But it has to be the right kind of funky though. For example, I did a pedicure on a friend of a friends and her feet stunk but it wasn't a funk that I liked. Her feet smelled like rotten potatoes...then so did my hands...
But, smell doesn't mean that much as the appearance of the toes, arches and soles, so I'd say about 20%.

Huh. Well, I'd say...6. MAYBE a 7. Cause when you say ten, I think homeless old man hasn't washed their feet since Clinton was in office, ten. I have met women whose feet smell like they were walking barefoot through a swamp and its...not pretty.
I like an odor that's robust but not too overpowering. Like I can tell they washed and lotioned their feet in the morning, they just spent the rest of their day in their stockings and heels/shoes and socks. The odor generated from that is lovely. It's a little spicier if they immediately did a sport or worked out after or instead of work. I think THAT would be the 7 I mentioned earlier.
But no, no 10s. Learned the hard way to avoid 10s.
