My girlfriend finally agreed to "act" in a bare foot fetish video. Our discussed idea was to take of her high heels and walk barefoot at some public places with a lot of people around. We thought about library, rush hour street, subway...
I would welcome more ideas from you about other places which would fit into this series. Thanks.

Thanks for the advice, yes mall is a good idea and we will include it.
We thought about other two, but in restaurant we would attract too much attention which my gf doesn't want and most grocery stores have "shirts and shoes" policy so we also don't want to risk a conversation with a security guy.
Any other ideas?

Does it have to be a busy public place? How about in your living room so you can then focus on close up of her feet as she talks to you or something?

Would love to see her prop her feet up on some public park bench where passerby's can be seen. Or perhaps hanging her feet out of the window of some pickup truck so we can get a shot of her soles with her face in the background. For a guy like me who does not get to see women's feet in normal everyday settings very often, this would be great!

Yeah try to avoid guys like Paul Blart the Mall Cop, even if they look harmless and interested at first he may decide to throw you into the mall slammer and confiscate your equiptment. Best to err on the side of safety in cases like these where the laws are blurry on legality of public photo and video taking, I study up on the laws frequently as a fairly public photographer myself.

ha, tell that to realbaresoles.... They can make up and edit parts of the law as they go and/or confiscate your equiptment and make you erase the photos if they don't like you bad enough. Knowing the laws is only half the battle.

I seem to remember you telling me about an incident in PM awhile back about a guy in whatever park you shot at that had problems like this and you described his run in with the law. You might have more info about this than all of us and could help the OP with his candid shooting.

If you want to get me involved in a conversation, you can always email me or send me a pm and ask me to give my thoughts in the thread. Someone emailed me to tell me what you'd said, which is the only way I knew about this -- I don't spend much time on the forums, other than checking the Content forum on the mousepad once a day or so.
"Tell that to realbaresoles" suggests that this happened to me, which it didn't, or that the guy has been proven wrong by something that happened to me, which he hasn't. (It's also something I told you in a private message, but that was evidently my mistake.)
The guy in question was sitting at the feet of a girl in a skirt and shooting video of her. There was a plain clothes cop on the lawn who thought the guy was shooting upskirt video, so he was arrested. When the cops discovered he was shooting video of her feet, they were a little embarrassed but wanted to preserve the collar so changed the charge to disturbing the peace. To avoid the hassle of fighting the charge, he just took the weekend of community service.
He could have fought it because a disturbing the peace charge was completely bogus, but decided not to. (It might also have been that he was unaware of the elements of that crime, so maybe he thought he was guilty.) Basically the guy you responded to is 100% right. The collar I was telling you about (in a private conversation) happened because the candid shooter took the gamble of filming a girl in a skirt who had her feet propped up on a chair.

Collar? what is that lol. You keep saying "private conversation" like it's really a big deal or something when it isn't when we're discussing legality of something I heard you talk about. Anyway, We're discussing the rights of a public shooter and the legality of taking candids. He isn't right, and neither are you 100%. Due to national security reasons the local photography laws can in certain circumstances be overridden at ANY time if the authorities questioning you have any reason to. I am just sharing this info so another guy doesn't get caught up in the news as a perv licking and shooting feet in public when he was doing it as fun. Federal law is discretionary and not worth the risk, that's why I study the laws.

I wasn't aware dear friend, that there was a certain proper protocol to contact you, I figured you browsed these forums as well and if you had something to add you would see your name then speak. It's obvious I don't visit that other website anymore so if you were waiting for a telegram, it might have been a long wait. Sorry about the miscommunication.
