Hi I've recently posted ad's on Craigs-list and Backpage looking for girls in my area to hook up with for footplay. Most of the responses that I've received have been scam models trying to direct me to third party sites, wanting a credit card.
However that changed today. I had a beautiful 25 yr old blonde reply today with amazing feet. She was cool with my fetish, the price was fair, but the problem came down to meeting, she wanted me to come to her place and I wanted her to come to mine.
This brings me to my question. How would people in this group handle a face to face meeting without the fears of law enforcement, being robbed or other worst case scenarios. Not looking to have sex, but wondering how far you can take things until it would be considered prostitution?

Me, I wouldn't do that. One it could be construed as some form of prostitution. I think here in FL it is. I also take my glock 43 with me for all craigslist transactions lol. Why are you going the CL route?

It would depend on a state by state law. I know that in the Midwest here, prostitution is legally defined as the profession of paying for sexual acts. Soliciting is offering to pay for the acts and that is illegal as well. I guess if you ever got caught, the issue would be whether you or the woman thought of the acts as sexual. If you explained that you were worshiping her feet and then when you were done, took care of yourself, privately, in the bathroom, then it could be argued that the foot worship had nothing sexual. If you are given a footjob, then it could be considered sexual. I would be careful.

I've never done anything like this, but simple solution would be to say meet up a coffee place/pub grab a drink or two then go from there? That way its a neutral spot, can talk specifics that isn't on paper(email). Then she can see you're not a threat and you can see she is legit. Just a suggestion.

Daaaaayum! $40 for 2 hours?! Considering most ads price their services at $150 for 30 minutes, I'd say she either don't know the going rate or something is up.
Personally, anytime you are supposed to hook up with anyone for ANYTHING, dating sites, transactions, this, I'd offer to meet at a public location. Go near a coffee joint or something, make some small talk, maybe arrange continued sessions, and then offer that she go with you to another location that isn't necessarily your house, but doesn't make her uncomfortable either.

You're doing it right. Meet them at a local place and chat over a coffee. If they don't have a car they're usually trouble in my experience. There is some risk but as you get more involved your ability to screen out the fakes, phonies, druggies, liars and thieves will become razor sharp!
I never say anything about jacking myself off but most of them will figure it out by the time their feet are in your face (I'm not a foot job guy).

While I certainly don't have anything against a single guy trying the pay-for-play model, using CL and BP are probably not the wisest outlets for you.
You seem to be worried about the legal ramifications. While I applaud your apprehension, I think it is misplaced. You should be worried about scams that can leave you robbed, hurt or dead. Were I in your shoes and looking for P4P, I would look for less risky options.
Now, before all these guys try to refute my thoughts by claiming they've been down the CL and BP path several times with no issues.... you were lucky. You can do your due diligence and try to mitigate the risk, but you can only mitigate to a certain degree. CL and BP is exactly like playing Russian roulette. That gun WILL EVENTUALLY fire.

This is similar to my old post. If your choice and your risk. Sometimes you have to pay to play....depending on how you move out here. I would stay away from CL. You can meet a gang of foot models on Instagram. As for paying for sessions. A worship session is legal unless your dick touches her feet. In New York.
