Amongst many things I've yet to experience with a woman is getting to worship their feet, or even get a footjob. Sure I've given a couple brief massages but that's about the extent of it for, beginning to think nothing will ever happen and ad services and such are out of the question. The only"foot action" I get is a friend who, despite being married, sends me pics of her new pedis when she gets them and let me smell her shoe after we had a long day walking. The key is you must relax about it, not treat it like it is such a big deal. Try not to make it an obsession. Dating girls, being a good, decent guy and not an over the top fetishist, is a good place to start. You begin slowly, at some point, when alone, offer a foot massage, and tell her how pretty her feet are. Then gradually step it up, gently kiss them, tell her how excited she makes you. Tender, gentle, caring, works with most girls. IF dating is hard, you have strip clubs, and in many cities foot parties. With friends, if you are confident and funny, and loose and not uptight, you can create opportunities, to make fun of their smelly feet, shoes, etc. Tease them, tickle their feet, talk about feet, manuever conversations to get more of what you want. Be more confident, chill, and make fun of yourself, and take a lot of the pressure off! IF you make fun of yourself, they have less of a need to do that to you, so, don't be defensive and not too offensive!

I've honestly never had a girlfriend and being a bigger guy it's hard to approach women period for me....A lot of my female friends know about my foot fetish and have no issue with it but never have been able to get much out of them tho actually one did let me smell her feet after work they had a popcorn smell to them....Idk I just feel like a perpetual single guy and it frustrates me feeling like I'll never get to indulge in the things I'd like to do

My friend, you need to break the cycle. You don't have to be "perpetually single", as you put it.
First of all, forget about your foot fetish for a second. You need to take some time and invest in yourself. That entails getting yourself in shape, investing in proper clothing and practicing impeccable male hygiene. Learn how to attract women. Turn yourself into the man you want to be. It can be done.
You mentioned you are a bigger guy. I can appreciate how that might affect your self confidence. However, there are measures you can take to address weight gain. I understand some people have weight issues that may be out of their control. Please don't use that as an excuse to give up. You can still do something about it.
I also understand that what I am writing about may seem like a huge undertaking for you. And it is. It requires discipline and commitment. However, I promise you that it will pay off in spades. I guarantee it.
This will help you gain self confidence and a belief in yourself. In turn, it will also give you success in attracting women. You don't need to look like George Clooney to attract women, I promise you. Self confidence goes a long way. Once you start having success with women, the rest will fall into place, including indulging in your fondness for pretty feet.
Some of the advice you've been given will not help you in the long run. Sure, you can "contract" women to fill your need for foot fetish activity, but it will only satiate you for one fleeting moment at a time. It will not address this problem, and you'll continue down the same path that you feel you are on.

I would take caution on advice from women, about women. Unless she is a lesbian, she can't tell you how to pick up women as she's never done it.
Advice from a woman will instantly put you in the "friend zone", thereby eliminating a relationship that is sexual in nature.

She always told me her feet didn't have a smell, and I kept telling her I couldn't believe there wasn't some sort of smell to fhem....so the day in question as she was driving the subject got brought up again, so she took off a shoe and handed to me and the rest is history lol
