Craigslist "sexual" sections are closed. However, you just have to get creative and work around it and just maybe you can get lucky and get women to respond. A much easier way is go with strippers at strip clubs, but they can be quite expensive. I was lucky and maintained contact with one foot girl before Craigslist's sexual section got closed down.

if you are a big fan of her instagram and jerked off to her many times, $150 for 30 minutes of living out your fantasy isn't that much

I want to start doing foot fetish type webcam sessions myself. I guess $100 an hour is a decent rate? I mean I would do real life stuff too if I trusted the guy, which is always the issue with that. I love comparisons but there is a little more to the story when it comes to foot parties and private sessions. The obvious is that with private sessions the feet are exclusively for you. You should take full advantage of this. If you like them smelly/clean make it part of the deal. Also, ask for the toe nail polish you want and even request the style of shoe that you want her to show up in. And remember, never more than 100 dollars for worship only.

I want to agree with this too. I hate to say it but it comes down to the shallow attributes. In the beginning. A young gal who has good looks is going to command a higher amount. And like mike said, this isn't unreasonable.
Think about it this way, most internet foot girls have never been to a foot party. Therefore, don't have much experience with the open market. This means you also have to take into account that this is can potentially big a big risk for her too.

I was lucky to meet this one girl on Craigslist who is willing to let me worship her feet for only $40-$50 per session. I get to choose her nail polish color as well and she makes her feet smelly for me. I have to admit though, I don't usually get a full hour but more like 45 minutes or so. However, I think I am still getting a good deal. Her soles are cute, but the tops of her feet are only average.

Yeah, that's true regarding them likely having a boyfriend into it.
If I ever take a liking to any of these IG foot models, I'm more into the everyday girl types who merely like posting pictures of their feet and selling picture sets. I'm not into the ones who actually do sessions at astronomical prices or are "professional" models in the business. For these everyday girl amateur types, I think them having a boyfriend (or at least at one time had) who is into feet is probably what introduced them to the notion of making a foot IG page in the first place. From there, I think they then realize it's an easy way to get money and attention from random guys on the Internet as a way to boost their own self esteem.
She's cute and is an everyday chick. She seems to just sell used socks (they always do) and offers picture sets of her feet at 20 pics for $10, which I think is relatively reasonable compared to what these other "professional" IG foot models want.
Personally, I just enjoy whatever they post on their IG page if I think she's cute and has nice feet, and if they're posing their feet in a way that I find appealing. I'm not interested in buying anything from them.

Agreed. Considering on many of these websites, you have access to several galleries that contain 20+ pictures for only $20 more. My only point was it’s cheaper than what many of these other IG foot models charge.
However, if I were going to choose between paying $10 for 20 pics of that girl and any of those sites you enumerated, I’d personally probably go with the former. None of those sites really interest me as an aggregate whole.
